put the setback in the past, fix your mindset and remember why you started, and keep pushing on… “things are going to get better, it won’t take long, keep on pushing to the top…” wait that’s a song right?! :P ;)
Gotta admit ice cream is my all time favorite comfort food (esp w/ brownies or cookies or both!) but I do use the gym to clear my head and get some #personaltime. Flip on the beats and sweat it out!
